HOW TO GET STARTED!
As a new member at Burnaby Athletics, you are welcomed using an introductory program designed to ease your transition to becoming a member! This BASiCS Program is also for those who have some gym experience with but would like or need a refresher on our movement standards or an assessment of technique.
Every gym is different, and through the programming at Burnaby Athletics you will learn top movement standards and techniques to ensure that you are training safely.
Our BASiCS course consists of 4 to 6 private 1-on-1 sessions spread over 2-3 weeks. These private sessions will guide you through our fundamental exercises and introduce you to the structure of our regular class programming. The BASiCS sessions are offered for $50 each or can be paid for as a package with your first months membership.

For Private Training, rates are $70 each session or 10 for $600.
Olympic Lifting Private Training is $75 per session or 10 for $650.
